Publisher and contact
The site is published by Serhat SARIOGLU as an individual. Contact details are provided in the legal notice and on the contact page. Reach the publisher.
Contact messages
When you email contact@bizpratico.com, your email address, message and any attachments are used by Serhat SARIOGLU to handle and respond to your request. Processing is based on the legitimate interest in responding to incoming enquiries. Avoid sending sensitive data or software passwords.
Messages pass through Cloudflare Email Routing and are received in the publisher’s Gmail mailbox. They are kept for the time needed to handle and follow up your request and, where necessary, to meet legal obligations or establish or defend legal claims. Messages are not used to subscribe you to a newsletter.
Shortlist and calculator
Saved tools, comparison and budget data are kept in this browser’s local storage so you can retrieve your choices. They are not synchronized with a BizPratico server. They remain on this device until you clear them or your browser removes the storage. The button below deletes this local data; it does not delete any hosting logs.
Diagnostic and forms
Diagnostic answers stay in page memory and disappear when it reloads. No name, email or password is requested. No contact or signup form, analytics script or advertising pixel has been added to the site’s code.
Hosting and security
OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare may process technical connection data, including IP addresses, requests and browser information, to provide and secure the service. This processing is separate from data stored locally by the site’s tools. Consult the providers’ information for retention terms, transfers and your rights.
Affiliate links and external sites
Affiliate links send the partner an affiliate reference shared by visitors; BizPratico adds no name or email. After the click, any attribution cookies and other processing are governed by the partner’s privacy rules. Site links do not load an affiliate tracker before you open them.
Your rights
For a request about data processed by the publisher, use the contact page details to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection, as applicable. For processing by another service, contact that provider. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL.
