The advertised price is only part of the bill.
Count billed units
Depending on the plan, pricing may depend on users, contacts, sends, credits or volume. Record the plan and billing unit before multiplying a price.
Separate monthly and annual billing
A monthly equivalent may require annual payment. Our calculator distinguishes the entered amount per period from its monthly equivalent; it is not a cash-flow forecast.
Include overlooked costs
Include setup, migration, training and maintenance. For annual billing, enter the annual total, not the advertised monthly price. Use one currency and a consistent tax basis.
Review regularly
Check active users, features actually used and overlapping tools. Export data and check dependencies before removing a subscription.
